Welcome to the Ferry House! If you are a supplier to one of our lovely couples, your couple will be asking you for the below before you can attend. We really appreciate you getting back to them 3 months before their date to ensure they are able to sign off as quickly and stress-free as possible.

Your couple will need from you...

- Arrival time (if you are setting up items on the day, for example the cake, then you can arrive from 10 am, not before)
- Departure time (not after 00:15) - if collection is required the next day, please arrive between 8:30 am and 10 am. If not possible please let us know what time you want and we will check availability, etc for you
- Contact number
- Email address
- If you require a meal (please ensure to include any dietaries)

We will need from you...

- PLI certificate
- PAT certificate (if you will be plugging equipment in on the day)
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate (if you are supplying a cake or any other food)
- Full list of allergens AND ingredients (if you are supplying food)
If you know we have an in date copy on file you do not need to resend. If you are unsure or you know we need up to date certificates, please attach below and send within 2-3 months of the next wedding you are attending.
