Food based suppliers.
If you are looking to book a food based supplier please read on for any requirements that might apply.
- Public Liability and PAT testing is required minimum 1 month prior
- The supplier must be on site manning the equipment throughout its use
- We require hygiene certs for any food related supplies
Items not allowed, unfortunately, are: Donuts machines, Candy floss machines, Luges of Any Type
Things you are allowed but must be fully manned by the supplier at all times: Chocolate fountains, Ice cream carts, popcorn machines.
Things you are allowed that can be non-manned: sweet tables/carts.
For anything else please check with the events team prior to booking your supplier as we reserve the right to refuse unsuitable suppliers.
