Once you have paid your non-refundable £1000 deposit, there are only two other payment deadlines you need to meet... If you wish to pay regular or random instalments, these need to exceed £500 per payment. - 50% of your balance is due 36 weeks prior to your wedding. You will receive an automatic reminder two weeks before it is due for payment. - Your final balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding. You will receive an automatic reminder two weeks before it is due for payment. Any additional 'add ons' or changes after 8 weeks prior are to be settled 2 weeks before as part of your final sign off procedure.
Please note the above payment structure applies to all weddings booked after 6/3/19 - if you booked prior to this date please contact your wedding coordinator or refer to your booking T&C's for your agreed payment dates.

Bank Transfer: If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please give us a call so we can provide you with the correct details. We recommend saving these to make it easier for making future payments. Please email the wedding coordinator to confirm you've made a payment. Please make sure you use the Bride's name as the reference (for same sex couples, please use the name of the lead booker).
For all payments made, you will receive a confirmation that payment has been received within 7 days via email.
Please note We recently changed our policy on how we give out bank details. To confirm, we will never email you the bank details to make a payment. If you receive an email from us, containing bank details and asking for payment, please report this to us immediately. This decision was made in order to protect all our clients from fraudulent emails. We are lucky to have never had any problems and this is purely a precautionary measure.
