Wedding Fair Stand Booking - 1st march 2020
Stand at our Wedding Fair 24th February 2019
Included in the price of one Stand is a table and two chairs - stand sizes are approx. 2m x 1m
If you require any extra's these must be added now at this stage. If you decide you may need to add extras on a later date, you can do so via this payment page only and these must be added a minimum of 4 weeks before the event.
If you decide on the day that you require any extras not previously requested these will only be available at our discretion.
We will provide VAT receipts on the day for all bookings as standard, unless requested in advance.
You must have your own public liability insurance - proof of which is required, plus PAT testing certificates if you require electric sockets for plugging in equipment (electric extra cost)
You can select a stand with, or without electric - please note if you do select without this is unlikely to be available on the day as you will be situated on a stand with no power points near by.
Please note stands include table and chairs (if required) - no cloths or food is included.
