FAQ's

When do I need to book my Ceremony?  We recommend booking your ceremony 12 months before your wedding. If your wedding is less that 12 months away, no problem - we will get this booked straight away.
Am I guaranteed to get my choice of ceremony time? Yes, unless you are booking in extremely short notice. In 8 years of booking ceremonies, we have never had a registrar not available for the chosen booking time. 
What do I do when the ceremony is booked? Registrars will contact you within a few weeks after we have booked in your ceremony. They will give you all the information you will need, including payment and meeting information.

    If you would like an alternative ceremony time listed to those on the "Timings for your Day" page, you MUST first discuss with a member of the team to advise you on how this will affect your day.

We book in ceremonies roughly once a month. Please be aware, if you are completing your form earlier than advised, we may not immediately book this in. Once booked, it'll be several weeks before you hear from KCC, so please don't panic!
